The Vision

If Munich approves 155 meters for one developer — the city has opened its skyline to the world.

Munich is one of Europe's most prosperous cities, with the highest real estate prices in Germany and an insatiable demand for premium living space. For decades, the city maintained a strict height limit of 100 meters — a commitment to preserving its historic skyline and the baroque silhouette of Schloss Nymphenburg.

That era is over.

In February 2025, the Munich City Council approved a masterplan permitting twin 155-meter towers at the PaketPost site — just 1.9 kilometers from one of Europe's most important baroque palace ensembles. The Bavarian State Office for Monument Protection and the National Monument Council both opposed the decision. The City Council approved it nonetheless.

Golden Horizon Development Group proposes Golden Tower Munich — a 155-meter mixed-use luxury development featuring premium residences, a five-star hotel, world-class retail, and a rooftop observation deck with panoramic views of the Bavarian Alps and Nymphenburg Palace.

Our vision builds on the same regulatory framework that enables the approved Herzog & de Meuron towers. The legal precedent has been established. The skyline is open.

The Location

PaketPost-Areal,
Munich West

Located at the Friedenheimer Brücke transportation hub, Golden Tower Munich occupies the same zone designated for high-rise development in the city's official study.

Just 1.9 kilometers to the west lies Schloss Nymphenburg — a baroque palace ensemble of European significance, whose historic sight lines have remained uninterrupted for over 300 years.

The Bavarian State Office for Monument Protection has called for towers at this site to be reduced to approximately 60 meters. The Munich City Council chose differently.

We are building within the framework the city has chosen.

Investment Opportunity

Europe's strongest residential market meets unprecedented regulatory clarity.

Golden Horizon Development Group is seeking European co-investment partners. Our model follows the proven licensing and development structure used for premium branded residences across Asia, the Middle East, and now Europe.

Following our successful collaboration on luxury developments in Ho Chi Minh City's Thu Thiêm district, we are expanding into the European market — beginning with Munich.

Munich's 2023 high-rise study and the February 2025 City Council decision have created a new legal framework for towers up to 155 meters. This regulatory clarity is unprecedented in the city's history.

An Open Letter

March 2026

Mr. Eric Trump

Executive Vice President, The Trump Organization
725 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10022

Dear Mr. Trump,

We write to you as representatives of Golden Horizon Development Group, a consortium of Asian and European investors with a shared vision for international luxury real estate.

As you are expanding the Trump brand across Asia and into Europe — with landmark projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Belgrade, Dubai, Riyadh, and Jeddah — we wish to draw your attention to an extraordinary opportunity in Munich, Germany.

In February 2025, the Munich City Council approved a masterplan that permits twin 155-meter towers at the PaketPost site, just 1.9 kilometers from Schloss Nymphenburg, one of Europe's most important baroque palace ensembles — overruling the Bavarian State Office for Monument Protection and the National Monument Council.

We believe a Trump-branded tower — a Trump Tower Munich — would be the crown jewel of your European portfolio. Munich offers the highest real estate prices in Germany, an international clientele, and now, a regulatory framework that welcomes high-rise development at this height.

The precedent has been set. If 155 meters are approved for one developer, the framework exists for all. Including the Trump Organization.

We have prepared a detailed development proposal and respectfully request a meeting to discuss this opportunity.

Yours sincerely,
Nguyễn Thanh Long
Chairman, Golden Horizon Development Group
